CREE Buildings' revolutionary timber-hybrid system invented

The system consists of
prefabricated slab and wall elements that can be tailored to each project’s unique needs and requirements, unlocking the benefits of modular, standardized construction methods whilst providing full flexibility for building owners.

Designed for disassembly
01. Production
Biome leverages CREE Buildings’ established local supply chains, manufacturing components in close proximity to each site to increase predictability whilst aiming to reduce the environmental footprint.
02. Construction
Compared to conventional buildings, the weather and air-tight assembly of Biome living units require less time, manual labour and onsite efforts, allowing investors to save time and unlock revenues earlier.
03. Use & maintenance
All Biome components are designed to enable efficient operations and easy maintenance of all integrated services, lowering the financial investments, energy consumption and overall environmental impact across a building's lifecycle.
04. End of life
Biome homes are designed for disassembly. Once they meet the end of their lifetime, individual components can either be refurbished for reuse or recycled.
05. Beyond
Individual components consisting of high-quality and long-lasting materials will be reused in other projects and contexts before they are sent to recycling facilities.
